HOW AND WHAT DATA WILL BE IDENTIFIED?
The use of the website talesbyjen.com is basically possible without any indication of personal data. However, the processing of your personal data only happens with your consent. If there is no legal basis for such processing, I generally obtain your consent.
I have implemented technical measures to ensure the most complete protection possible for personal data processed via this website. Nevertheless, Internet-based data transmissions can in principle have security gaps so that absolute protection can not be guaranteed. For this reason, you are, of course, free to send personal information to me by alternative means, for example by phone.
HOW DO I PROCESS YOUR DATA?
In order to carry out the service with which you have commissioned me, I use your personal data to the extent permitted under data protection law. If you send me an e-mail via the contact form, I will save your details in order to process your request. I use the data provided by you to fulfill and process your order. In order to process payments, I pass on the necessary payment data to the bank responsible for the payment or to the payment service selected by you in the ordering process. If you subscribe to my newsletter, your e-mail address will be saved as it is required to send the messages. Of course, you can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the messages.

In the case of encrypted communication, the payment data that you send to me can not be read by third parties.
3. DATA COLLECTION ON MY WEBSITE
Tales by Jen uses, like numerous Internet pages, cookies, so called small text files that are archived and stored on an Internet browser on a computer system. Cookies do not harm your computer and do not contain viruses. Cookies only serve to make my offer more user-friendly, effective and secure.
Most of the cookies I use are so-called "session cookies", which are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. These cookies allow me to recognize your browser the next time you visit me to make it easier for you to use my website.
With the help of cookies, for example, you do not have to enter your access data every time you visit my website, as this is taken over from the website and the cookie stored on your computer system. Another example is the shopping cart cookie of the online store. The online store remembers the items you put in the virtual shopping cart via a cookie, so you can access it directly on your next visit.
For more control, you can set your browser so that you are informed about the setting of cookies and allow cookies only in individual cases. With the appropriate setting in the browser, you can also generally exclude the acceptance of cookies and enable the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. Already set cookies can be deleted at any time via an internet browser. When deactivating cookies, however, it may happen that not all features of my website may be fully usable.
DATA UTILIZATION WHEN REGISTERING TO THE EMAIL NEWSLETTER

You can only receive my newsletter if you have a valid e-mail address and you have registered for the newsletter.
For legal reasons you will receive a confirmation email in the course of a double-opt-in procedure for the newsletter dispatch to the e-mail address you entered for the first time. This confirmation email is used to check whether you, as the owner of the e-mail address, have authorized the receipt of the newsletter. After you have clicked on the link given in the confirmation email, the registration is complete. I now use the data you have given me to send you an e-mail newsletter on a regular basis. The personal data collected as part of a newsletter application will only be used to send you my newsletter. There will be no transfer of the personal data collected as part of the newsletter service to third parties.
Of course, you can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time either via a dedicated link in the newsletter or via a message to the following e-mail address: email@example.com.
The processing of the data entered into the newsletter registration form takes place exclusively on the basis of your consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. DSGVO). The legality of the already completed data processing operations remains unaffected by the revocation.
